For online orders paid via PayPal, we offer shipping via Federal Express. The reason for this is that Internet commerce regulations require proof of delivery. For your protection, we offer full invoice value insurance for all FedEx shipments worth more than $500 USD at no additional charge.

Your order will be shipped within 2 days of payment verification.

We take packing and shipping very seriously. Gems are carefully wrapped in industrial cotton, then packed in high-quality cardboard boxes.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive notification by e-mail from us, with the shipment tracking number. You can track the status of your shipment at any time through the courier’s website.

Please note that all couriers require a valid phone number, full street address and zip code.

Be aware that local taxes may apply to your order when received by the customs department in your country. We do not control, nor can we be responsible for any customs charges or local taxes applied to your order.
